BPSC portal last date पर extremely slow हो जाता है। Server crash हो सकता है। कम से कम 5–7 दिन पहले apply करें। Fee payment की separate deadline होती है - दोनों check करें।

Step 1 - OTR Registration (One Time Registration)
OTR - Mandatory New Step in TRE 4.0
BPSC ने TRE 4.0 से OTR compulsory किया है। यदि पहले किसी BPSC exam में OTR किया था, same credentials use करें। New candidates: नीचे steps follow करें।
bpsc.bihar.gov.in पर OTR Section खोलेंHomepage पर "One Time Registration (OTR)" link click करें।
Basic Details Fill करेंFull Name (as on 10th certificate), Father's Name, DOB, Gender, valid Email ID, active Mobile Number।
Documents Upload करेंPassport Photo (white background, JPG, max 50KB), Signature (JPG, max 20KB), Aadhaar/DigiLocker verification।
OTR Submit करेंMobile OTP verify करें → Submit → OTR ID और Password आएगा → Save करें।
Step 2 - Application Form (After OTR)
OTR ID से Login करेंbpsc.bihar.gov.in → BPSC TRE 4.0 Application link → OTR ID + Password enter करें।
Personal Details Verify करेंOTR से details auto-fill होंगी। Check करें - name, DOB, category।
Educational Qualification Fill करें10th, 12th, Graduation, PG, B.Ed/D.El.Ed details - board/university, year, marks/% भरें।
TET Details Fill करेंTET type (CTET/BTET/STET), paper number, roll number, marks, validity date।
Post & Subject Choose करेंApply करने वाला post (PRT/TGT/PGT) और subject clearly choose करें - यह बाद में change नहीं होगा।
Documents Upload करेंPhoto, Signature, 10th Marksheet, Degree Certificate, B.Ed Certificate, TET Certificate, Caste Certificate, Domicile Certificate।
Preview & Verify करेंSubmit करने से पहले सब details carefully check करें। यह बाद में edit नहीं हो सकता।
Fee Pay करेंGeneral ₹750 | SC/ST/PwD/Female Bihar ₹200 - Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, IMPS।
Final Submit & PrintoutPayment successful होने पर final submit करें। Confirmation page print करें और save करें।+++++++++++

❌ TET certificate details incorrect भरना
❌ Blurry या incomplete documents upload करना
❌ Last date पर apply करना (server crash risk)
